I am not technical. Can I still become very good with AI?

Yes. Most of what leaders need from AI is clear thinking and good habits. Where code helps, the AI writes it.

Is my company data safe when I use ChatGPT or Claude?

We go through what you should and should not put into AI tools, and the settings that keep your conversations out of model training, before you use them on company work.
